Real Estate Broker Collateral
Healthcare Realty does not co-brand with its real estate brokers. Instead, brokers are encouraged to implement their own branding on collateral.
If desired, real estate brokers may use the graphic, which states “Building owned and managed by Healthcare Realty.” Since the graphic includes Healthcare Realty’s official wordmark, do not re-create, modify, or distort the shape, proportions, or color of the graphic. Any use of Healthcare Realty’s logo or other branding elements by third parties requires consultation with Marketing.

Photography
When presenting an image of a building owned by Healthcare Realty, please use professional photography only, observing these guidelines:
EXTERIOR PHOTOGRAPHY
- Use at least one photo that shows the building’s entirety to give a sense of scale of the building.
- Avoid images with cars in the parking lot; vehicles quickly date building photography.
- Include a blue sky and green spring/summer foliage.
INTERIOR PHOTOGRAPHY
- Bring in lighting if ambient light is dim or casts a yellow hue.
- Photography may include the building lobby, restrooms, a suite available for lease, and/or a decorated suite that is currently leased.
- Photos should not include any identifiable patient.
Wayfinding
Maps should label the building(s), adjacent hospital, main interstates, and access roads.
Aerial images should include at least one inch of the horizon, a blue sky, green spring/summer foliage, and 3D buildings. Label interstates, main access routes, hospitals, and central business districts. Highlight the subject building(s) so it will stand out.
Floor Plans
- Vacancies should be labeled with the suite’s square footage.
- Do not state the size of occupied suites.
- Include a key plan to show the location of the suite.
